Our products are made with the high quality of dairy (milk, yoghurt or cheese). �� Product Overview Anchor Whipping Cream is a UHT‑treated whipping cream produced by Fonterra under the Anchor brand. It’s available in 1 L and 200 mL cartons. Designed to whip easily and hold volume, it’s suitable for pastry decoration, desserts, beverages, and cold or acidic recipes that might destabilize regular cream. �� Ingredients & Nutritional Facts Ingredients: Cream (from cow’s milk) Milk solids Emulsifiers (INS 471, 433) Stabilisers (E412 guar gum, E415 xanthan gum, E407 carrageenan)Contains a minimum of 35% milk fat. Nutrition per 100 mL: Energy: ~1,410 kJ (~335 kcal) Protein: ~2.4 g Total Fat: ~35.5 g Saturated fat: ~21.4 g Trans fat: ~1.7 g Carbohydrate: ~3.1 g (Sugars ~3.1 g) Sodium: ~27 mg(Per 15 mL serving: ~212 kJ/50 kcal, fat ~5.3 g, sugars ~0.5 g). �� Key Features & Performance Professional Grade: Stable enough for cake decorating, piping, ganache, mousse, and desserts in hot or acidic environments—it resists curdling and splitting. Excellent Volume & Definition: Whips up well and holds shape longer; ideal for decorative work with good visual definition. Acid-resistant: Performs reliably even in acidic ingredients such as fruit purées or citrus-flavored desserts. ✅ This cream doubles approximately 2.5–2.8× in volume when whipped depending on temperature and speed. �� Shelf Life & Storage UHT formula, giving a shelf life of 7–9 months unopened depending on region and distributor. Storage: Refrigerate unopened packs at 2 °C–4 °C, and keep them out of direct sunlight. Once opened, use within 3 days, stored chilled. Do not freeze. ✅ Pros & Cons �� Pros: Reliable whipping volume and stability—great for professional decoration. Doesn’t separate or curdle in cold, hot, or acidic recipes. Halal‑certified and made from New Zealand dairy. �� Cons: Contains additives (stabilisers & emulsifiers), so not ideal if you prefer minimal‑ingredient products.
