Description These are dried big red chillies and have been sun dried to preserve them for longer period of time. They are moderate spicy. Used as spicy seasoning in many spicy cuisine especially Asian Cuisine such as curries, spicy soups such as Tom Yum soups, spicy meat stews etc.
