Description Originally from the Catalan town of Arbeca, these small purplish brown olives are amongst the most flavoursome you can find. Though they are not particularly fleshy, they have an intense flavour of Mediterranean wild herbs and an almost floral aftertaste. The Arbequina olive makes wonderful oil as well as being a delicious table olive.
