Description Bulldog’s Worcester Sauce is a thick sweet and sour sauce from Japan. Bulldog’s sauce commonly accompanies western-influenced yôshoku dishes such as tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlets) and korokke (a Japanese meat and potato croquette). But this sauce is certainly not limited to Japanese cuisine. You can use it as a marinade for meats and vegetables, as a grill sauce, hamburger seasoning and even for dipping.
