Description Black Savourine is semi-matured ashed goat’s cheese in the traditional shape of a pyramid. Its dramatic pyramid shape makes it stand out on any cheese board. Accompany with any sweet wine; Pinot Noir or Chardonnay would work well. The texture is firm with a slight moist feel on the tongue. Roasted nuts with a slightly acidic-sour finish that lingers on the palate after eating.
