The Patient Information Leaflets are regularly updated by the manufacturer.DosageTake Buscopan IBS Relief only if your doctor has diagnosed you with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. If you are over 40 years old and it has been a considerable amount of time since your last IBS attack, or if your symptoms differ from previous episodes, consult your doctor.For adults and children aged 12 years and over: Begin with one tablet three times a day. If you require more relief, you can increase your dosage, with a maximum of two tablets four times a day. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not chew it.This product is not recommended for children under 12 years old. It should not be used if you have glaucoma (an eye condition), megacolon (a significantly enlarged colon), myasthenia gravis (a very rare muscle weakness), or if you are allergic to hyoscine butylbromide or any other ingredients.Hazards and CautionsStorageKeep this product at or below 25°C.
